While He's Away

We, the lifetime subscribers, bought our subscriptions under the clear promise of receiving all future cards and bundles at no extra cost. Selling the new Vixen cards now as a separate $99 bundle contradicts that promise. We ask that all existing lifetime subscribers be given access, or that BrainDance clarify publicly how this fits with the original lifetime terms.

The wayback machine doesn't forgot - this is a classic bait and switch for previous lifetime subscribers. "Unlimited access" wording has been removed, but was present when existing users purchased their lifetime subscription. From the website prior to today: lifetime access unlimited access to braindance library Treasured memories
and collector’s packs “Close friends” access to now: Turbofap 3000 Lifetime One time payment Treasured memories “Close friends” access I think you're going to need to open the Vixen library up to all existing users to avoid any legal action.

Bullshit locking this behind an extra paywall

To all lifetime subscRibers: Locking these new Vixen cards behind a paywall is a probable breach of consumer protection laws. We bought our subscriptions under the explicit promise of "PAY NOW FOR UNLIMITED ACCESS TO ALL MEMORY CARDS AND SPECIAL PERKS." Braindance cannot claim these don't count just because they were released after we subscribed. "ALL" legally includes future content. Under laws like the UK Consumer Rights Act, EU Unfair Contract Terms Directive, and US FTC rules, pulling this bait-and-switch is an illegal unilateral contract change.

so the turbofap sub was a lie. We shouldnt have to pay extra after buying the biggest sub. Hard pass.

This is kinda bs, lifetime subscriptions say all future packs included and already this one is not included.
